Terms and Conditions

Definitions
- Service Provider: Refers to the gas installation business, its employees, contractors and any authorized representatives.
- Client: The individual, company or entity that requests and/or receives services from the Service Provider.
- Certificate of Compliance (CoC): A Certificate proving that a gas installation complies with all applicable legal and safety requirements, as prescribed by applicable laws and regulations.
Services
The Service Provider provides the following services:
- • Gas installations for residential, commercial and industrial purposes.
- • Maintenance of existing gas installations and equipment.
- • Repair work on damaged or faulty gas systems.
- • Inspection and issuance of Certificates of Compliance (CoC).
All services will be performed by qualified and licensed technicians, in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
Appointments and Scheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule all appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation fees.
The Service Provider will make reasonable efforts to complete all services within the scheduled time, but accepts no liability for delays beyond their control.
Pricing and Payments
All services will be charged according to the rates communicated in advance to the Client.
Full payment is due upon completion of service, unless otherwise agreed.
Certificates of Compliance (CoC) will only be issued upon receipt of full payment.
If payment is not made within the stipulated period, interest of 4% per month may be charged.

The Service Provider offers services in and near:
- • Stilbaai
- • Gourits
- • Vleesbaai
- • Boggomsbaai
- • Mosselbaai
- • Kleinbrak
- • Grootbrak
- • George
- • Wildernis
- • Sedgefield
- • Knysna
- • Plettenberg Baai
For areas outside the service area, special arrangements and additional travel costs may apply.
Warranty and Liability
The Service Provider warrants that all work will be performed according to applicable standards and regulations.
If any defects or problems occur after service delivery, the Client must report it in writing within 7 days.
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- • Damage caused by improper use or maintenance
- • Consequential or indirect losses
Certificates of Compliance (CoC)
A CoC will only be issued if the gas installation meets all applicable safety standards.
If repair work is required before a CoC can be issued, the costs will be calculated separately.
The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse the issuance of a CoC if any requirements are not met.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations by the Client less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated service fee.
No refunds will be allowed once a service is completed, unless proof can be provided that the Service Provider has failed to perform.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations
The Client must comply with all relevant laws and regulations regarding gas installations.
The Service Provider will provide all necessary documentation to ensure legal compliance.
Termination of Services
The Service Provider reserves the right to cancel or terminate any service if the Client fails to comply with the terms.
Upon termination, any outstanding amounts are immediately payable.
Disclaimer
The Client releases the Service Provider from any damage that arises as a result of:
- • The Client's failure to properly maintain gas installations
- • The use of unauthorized equipment or products
Amendments to the Terms
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to the Client before new services are provided.
